JACQUELINE'S POV

"Where is Adriana?" I asked.

"In class..." Kira said.

"Again?" I asked

"As usual" Kira sighed

Walking down the crowded corridor to get Adriana, I passed a group of boys looking in my direction but I didn't look because I knew it's the fuckboys' group. As I entered the classroom, I looked around and then I found Adriana at the window looking outside, lost.

"Adriana" I said softly

No answer

"Adriana?"

" Yes Jacz?" She asked while looking out the window. She didn't bother to look in my direction.

"Adriana!!!!!" Kira shouted from across the room and walked out the classroom.
Irritating girl!

"Babes are you okay?" I asked.

"Yes I'm okay. Why are you asking that?"

"Just checking."
"Let's go to the canteen."

She got up quietly and walked with me towards to the door. Kira went with us as well. Kira and I talked as we walked towards the canteen but Adriana didn't say a word.

As we entered the canteen, the coolness hit my body and I shiver a bit. Kira went to get something to eat because she's always hungry and went to meet some of her friends as well. After a while, I lost Kira and Adriana and I decided to go back to the classroom since anytime now the class will start.

On the corridor, we passed Malik and Alec, our classmates. Alexander was missing. They are like brothers. When you see one of them, the other two will be around. They watched us both and smiled. I smiled in return but as usual Adriana didn't pay any attention to them.

After school...

I felt a tap on my shoulder. I turned around and saw it was Alec.

"Hey"

"Hi." I said in return.

"What's up with Adriana? She wasn't looking okay today. Well actually, she don't look okay everyday but today was worst than the rest of the days." He said and asked. He sounded so concerned.

"I don't know what's wrong with her. She barely talk to us when the day is up but I will try and find out. You can talk to her if you want to. I'm sure she won't harm you, bite to be specific, and if u can't do that then try and message her."

"Okay, thanks. I will see what to do." He said as he turned to walk away.

"Malik would like to talk to you." He smiled and disappear into the crowd of students.

Malik wants to talk to me.

What has gotten into him? Ain't his hoes enough for him?
