MESSAGE FROM THE AUTHOR: In Latin, Fire means Ignis. So, I decided to name the second book of my series, Ignis. Since the main character is in insanely love with fire and have the ability to wield it, I was like why the hell not? This is a perfect name for my story! Screw what people think!

Welcome back to Invictus, Losers. I'm Shelby Casteel, A.K.A The Grand Beautiful Heroine. I was forced to write you this very nice welcoming back letter because Ariel was very busy today with her baby and work. So she told me to write you this letter. Ariel strictly ordered me for there to be only nice words in this letter but like always, I go against her words and do whatever the hell I want. Even though, she's my boss.

We're so very fucking happy to have you back to the strongest guild in the world. You may be thinking 'why does Shelby curse so much'. My answer to that question is...mind your own fucking business, Freaks.

I don't think Ariel gave you memo in the last session of who is in charge around here when she's not around? It's actually her husband, Cassel. But he doesn't give a crap about anything except for his kid, so that's where WE come in.

We, The Legendary Heroes, are in charge when Ariel's not around. So you better fucking listen to my orders or else I'll really burn all of your asses into ashes with my fire. Here are the daily rules that you have to follow once again, Stupid Heads.

1. A member of Invictus is always a member of Invictus.

2. Treat everyone as family. 

3. NO VANDALIZING AND BURNING THE TOWN! (*no comment*)

4. Protect the guild from danger. (You better not wreck the guild hall into ruins. Brandon Ryder already did that four times! We really don't need a fifth time.)

5. Clean after yourselves and pick up any trash you see. (Oh my god, if I see you not picking up your trash, YOU'RE DEAD FUCKERS. DEAD.)

6. Respect The Legendary Heroes- Shelby Casteel. (Respect us. Or else, I'LL FUCKING KILL YOU!)

7. PLEASE BEWARE OF NOAH STONE AND HIS FLIRTING. WE'RE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY BROKEN HEARTS. (Don't say that we didn't warn you. He loves to flirt with every single girl his eyes land on.)

8. Remember you're chosen to be a member of Invictus for a reason. Protect Dark Woods. Protect the Invictus guild. Protect your comrades. (The most important rule of them all and Ariel decides to put this as the last one...)

Everyone has a destiny to fulfill. What's yours? If it's a lame one then change it, only you have the power to do that. In Invictus, everyone has an amazing destiny to fulfill and they're the masters of their souls and destiny.

I love to write about Shelby and the Legendary Heroes and Brandon and Kevin and Invictus, etc. I know one day, I will see these characters on big screen and I will be crying because I can be an emotional freak.
