Lex's POV

Its our first day of our new school. Im so nervous and im sure L is too. Sorry , let me introduce myself , Im Lex, im 18 and Laura is 18 too or L as i call her . We've been best friends since birth because our parents were close. We moved away from home to go to collage, but things got messed up so we had to move early.

There's only a few months left of high school. " Okay so what do we have first" I asked Laura. "Music with Mr..... Olatunji?" L said , trying to pronounce his name. " Where?" I asked . " Room 11" Laura said looking at the school map we got from the office. "Okay, aaaaaand how do we get there?" I said looking around to see no one " That's a question i cannot answer" She said sighing and folding the map.

"Sorry but did you say you need to find Room 11?" A man asked, he didnt look like a student. "Ya, we're new" L said fixing her hair, obviously taking a liking to guy stood there. "Follow me , Im Mr Payne". Ah so he is a teacher. He's a pretty hot teacher.

I nudged Laura and she giggled. "So why did you transfer?" Mr Payne asked. "We-" " moved for collage" Laura said, interrupting me. " oh cool, well this is Room 11 and if you need anything im just down the hall in room 8" Mr Payne said with a smile. I smiled back and Laura giggled.

I knocked on the door and walked in, not bothered to wait for a reply. "Can i help you?" A tall man said sounding annoyed. " Um yeah, is this Music with mr-" i said. " Olatunji, yes" he said finishing my sentence. " we're new here, sorry we're late" Laura said. She was always better than me in these situations.

" very well, take a seat and can i get your names?" Mr olatunji asked. "Yeah, Im Laura and thats Lex" Laura said smiling. " can she not speak for herself?" He asked " I can , Im lex" i said shaking, " right and are you to sisters?" He asked. " no best friends" Laura said. " Right theres a free seat by josh Larkin over there for you lex and one by callum airey for you laura" mr olatunji said with a smile.

"Hey " Josh said . He was really cute. "Hi " I said taking out my music folder. Me and josh kept talking just by small talk. I wonder how L is getting on.

Laura's POV

This callum guy was really sweet. Not my type tho. We just asked normal questions like where are you from and stuff like that.

"Right class so as you know the school play is coming up and that means so are auditions and that means i will hopefully be seeing some of you there." Mr olatunji said. For the rest of the class he just talked about the play until the bell went.. maybe moving a was good idea .
