Finally the school day is over. Spring breaks in a couple of weeks. And I'm going on tour with House of Heroes and Radio Shack is giving me a bonus. If only I could speak my emotions. I'm mute. I mean, I can speak, but I just don't speak often. I'm too shy, I mostly just jot my ideas and thoughts into a notepad, but Colin and Tim have known me since forever, being that we go to the same church and all, but they have introduced me to my new favorite, the drums, and that's how I express my emotions.

I never really was able to play instruments or anything, my parents made me focus on church and schoolwork, but I was into music. Lucky Tim told my mom about the band and how it will 'bring me closer to God' and stuff like that, so I'm happy and I can't wait.

I was driving to Taco Bell to see what new things they have on the menu. As I pulled up, I fixed my pastel blue hair and pulled my pants up. And I entered the building, a boy with brunette hair and a charming smile greeted me.

"Hi, welcome to Taco Bell, I'm Tyler. What can I get for you Blue?" he exclaimed smiling as he gestured towards my hair. I smiled and wrote something on my notepad.

Blue? it said in my sloppy handwriting.

"Your hair, why do you write when you can just speak?"

I'm mute. I wrote fixing my hair again.

"Oh, so what's your name pretty boy?"

Josh.

"Ok, Josh, what can I get for you?"

A number 11, cool ranch, with airheads blue raspberry and starbursts strawberry slush.

"Ok, will that be all for you."

yes.

"Hey, can i see your notepad real quick?"

I nodded. he quickly wrote a few numbers and an address.

I had left and forgotten all about the notepad.

he came up and handed me my food and he handed me my notepad.

"Call me. I get off in a few minutes."

I nodded and ate silently I put in my earbuds and "Na, Na, Na" by My Chemical Romance came on and I before I knew it, I was heading for home.
