Ciel and Elizabeth quickly pulled back with a light pink blush that had formed on their cheeks as they looked up at Sebastian.
The butler smiled and chuckled lightly. "Afternoon tea is ready my lord" He said with a bow.
"Y-yes, thank you Sebastian." Ciel faced Elizabeth and bowed "My lady, would you like to accompany me for some afternoon tea and cake?" He held out a hand for her to take.
Elizabeth giggled softly "I would love to Mr.Phantomhive" she curtsied politely and took his hand, walking beside him as they went to the garden. They sat down at a table with an elegant white tablecloth, traced with small gold designs on the end.
"Today's tea is earl grey. Accompanied with some banana bread." Sebastian smiled as he came over with a trolley. He poured the tea as it gave off a lightly scented citrus aroma. He placed the banana bread and tea in front of them. "Please do call me if you need anything, Lady Elizabeth and my lord" Sebastian smiled and bowed then left them alone.
"So, Lizzy... What have you been up to all these years?" Ciel took a sip of his tea.
