2036 January-I am on the first space ship or manned spaceship going to mars this may be my last journal entry or may be the first of a new frontier the Mars frontier it still has been an amazing experience with the 4 other members of my crew aboard the olympus mons rocket and now I am looking at a red planet... 5 days later WE MADE IT WERE ON MARS AND WE HAVE A STABLE BASE set up in a lava tube that we found.... Next day.., We now are going to ride in a rover to go find my personally favorite rover SPIRIT this rover is my personal favorite because it didn't have to find things easily it worked hard for its findings and I wish I could have been on the team that helped with it but I guess not....Few hours later.. I see something.. Its the rover! The actual rover! Wait.. what is the is that ! is that the curiosity rover that I saw being built? O my gosh it is and they're there saying the want a picture ok ok ok here goes I'm on mars with my crew mates Emily Heyda, Quin Heart, Teresa Tetzlof and Mario Macalester, and were about have our picture taken by the mars curiosity rover! Wow..
Until my next log let me quote the famous Neil Armstrong "that's one small step for man and one giant leap for mankind!"
February 2036- So much has happened since I last wrote especially the fact the there are now more than 100 people living on mars! Its simply amazing mostly because now we have the base setup like this... north section we have the greenhouses and the comm. Center where you can facetime with your family in the south section we have the swimming pool and the exercise unit. My personal favorite is the pool because you can play water basked bell and it's nice to see running water.. Almost like a lake... Next day I never finished explaining the base in the east section we have the lab where we test rock samples and weather patterns we also have the medical unit where we get daily check up because it's very important to stay fit in mars on the west section we have the chapel for those of us who are religious and miss home masses and then we have the hangout area where you can play video games and watch tv straight from home or on earth and in the north west section is all the places where everybody sleeps and yeah, in the north east section we can monitor the base but I guess it isn't a base anymore it's really like a little village now... the first martian village... wow i never though I get to see that happen, anyways the south west is where you can suit up and GO WALK IN MARS!!!! How crazy it that!? I really like walking on mars... anyways that's all for now... next day... It's really quite amazing what we found on mars especially since we found so much evidence of running water...
March 2036-It snowed today! But it wasn't really snow not like the snow in minnesota this snow is thinner than my fingernail anyway I got to go to the south pole yesterday and it was amazing...
May 2036- Man its been long time since I wrote and here's the thing I made a poem! All on my own
I believe we can live on mars
I believe we can go to the stars
I believe we can set up a base
I believe we can live on mars or with the stars
Other than that we have started terraforming mars. There are some algae like plants growing outside and even a few purple ish lakes it really is amazing what these scientists can do we also have released a few genetically modified snow geese it's starting to become really beautiful up here...
