Untold truths

"Mum, I am going for a walk in the forest" said Emily, as she walked out and jumped the back gate.
"Be careful honey and don't wonder too far" her mother replied, which is what she always says.
"Yes Mum" I sighed. Once I told my parents that I felt a certain pull towards the forest at our old place, but as soon as I said that, we moved here. Now I don't mention it but I can't resist the pull so I tell them and then ran off before they can drag me back to the house.
The pull today was stronger than ever, so she started to run. The sun had nearly set when she stopped by a river to get a drink. When she cupped the water in her hands and brought it to her lips. When she had drank the first mouthful she started to feel tired like she hadn't slept in weeks. Her eyes started to close against her will.

DREAM

I could hear the faint ticking of a clock and a every once and awhile I could hear the beep of a heart monitor.
"Come on Em, wake up we need you, I need you, the whole planet does." Said a voice from beside me.
At that point I just want to jump out of the bed and tell that voice that I was okay.

I wake up in a cold sweat surrounded by darkness, in the middle of the forest. I hears heavy breathing far away, I start to run towards the sound to see if they can help me get out of this forest. I could hear something running towards me so I pushed myself faster to try and get away. Suddenly something crashed into me from my side, a wolf had jumped on top of me. I tried to get out from underneath it but it was too heavy. Then the wolf to bit and scratch her, what seemed like hours later, a howl pierced the air some way off. The wolf leap off me and raced towards the sound. Slowly I could feel the darkness dragging me down and I welcome it with open arms.
