Destiny's PoV

I was with Griffen, wandering the hallways of Stars Boarding School, it was nighttime and we were headed to our night classes. First up we had English, then we had music, math, science and last of all art. Gabriella and Storm had a different nighttime schedule though.
I was in a band, with Griffen, Adrian, Dana and Charlotte. Our band was called 'The Angels Arise'. We were a rock band, just like our parents before us. Actually, dad's band was mg favorite rock band. My father was the bassist. Griffen's dad was the vocalist, Adrain and Charlotte's father was the rhythm guitarist. And Dana, she was adopted, she and her twin brother Hunter. Their father Cc was the drummer, and other father Jake was the lead guitarist.
The kids often spent their weekeneds with their families. I usually spent my weekends with Griffen though, were best friends, but that's just what we call it.. We have this fear our parents wouldn't like us dating..
We have at different stages told each other we liked each other, I've been pretending I don't have these feelings for Griffen anymore, but I did. I don't know if Griffen still likes me or not though.
I felt myself being shaken, I opened my eyes.
I saw staring in the hall, with Griffen, I smiled, seeing his beautiful brown eyes, then looked down.
Griffen nudged me, I looked up again, his beautiful brown eyes showed some concern, "Why are you so quiet lately?" Hr asked, his surprisingly deep voice covered the concern in his voice.
"No reason, Griff," I said, trailing off, I mentally face palmed myself, I used his nickname, we both no I only call him by his nickname when I'm upset.
"You just called Griff.." Griffen said, "Are you sure your okay?"
"I'm fine," I said, to quickly.
"If you insist," Griffen said, we walked into the classroom. I saw Ms. Richard, she had a child my age here, her name was April, she was apart of the day classes though.
"Welcome," Ms. Richard smiled at me, I had a tendency to please Ms. Richard, she was my music tear and I excelled in music, I was the vocalist in the band.
I sighed, I just wanted to be asleep right, but I much preferred the night classes over the day classes. One reason: less people.
People annoyed me, I didn't like huge crowds, I was like my aunt in that sense. Aunt Emily, I adored her, she was so sweet, but Riley's and Storms father had left them, because of some stupid fight their parents had, Riley was only seven when their his dad left.
I couldn't wait for winter break. I missed my mother and father, and my aunts and uncles. Only three days until winter break..
