Chardevoir, or better know as Cul, is a Fire, Flying, and Psychic type Pokemon. She can be very rude at first, but when she get's to know you, she can be very nice. When she was still in her egg, it was the only one out of 50 different fused DNA eggs to survive an experiment by her master's, (Wesley Yancey), dad. She is the only one of her kind. And to make her more special, she is one of the very very few Pokemon that can actually talk. And she does not like being in her Poke Ball. She and her master and best friend, Wes, explorers the regions together, meeting new trainers and Pokemon.
