In the year 3046 after two more world wars, a depression, and a medical pandemic the governments finally decided to unite as one nation. The nation is now an Oligarchy, a government in which control is exercised by a small group of individuals, they believe it would be in the best interest of the people if at birth there was a port injected into the human body. This port would later be deemed the greatest innovation of the human race. Due to the fact that they could now simply inject knowledge into the pin hole size port.
