You know, no one actually reads the "Forward" of any book, story or comic.
So if you want to skip this? Can't say I blame you.
Of course, at the time I'm writing this, I've already started the first chapter... but it's not done yet.
So, seeing as to the fact that you have nothing else to read here, you have two options: Keep reading or get the fluff out.
So anyway, I would like to point out that unlike "Sane," I'm not a die-hard Harry Potter fan. Hell, I don't even really LIKE the series.
But what I do like? The world.
Yes, the world that J.K. Rowling made when the idea suspiciously "Fell into her head." The world of magic, flying broomsticks, a plotline suspiciously similar to Isaac Asimov's "Foundation" series, and a wands dealer that sells wands for three galleons less than they're worth.
It's a cool one, to. There's a few gray areas {like, what EXACTLY can be a wand, can other races be witches and wizards, how can you create new spells, and can certain spells be avoided?} and, in my opinion, the laws of magic are WAY to restrictive. But, of course, that's the beauty of a fanfiction: creating new additions to a world without everyone getting mad at you.
Well, except for those die-hard Harry Potter fans who are all "If J.K. Rowling didn't specifically SAY something can be done, then it can't, and THAT'S FINAL!"
Of course, maybe Fantastic Beasts 2 will hold some answers... But maybe not.
Anyway, since I get quizzed, lectured and talked to about HP on a near-daily basis, I've got PLENTY of information to work with. And, of course, I'm gonna try to make this as factual as possible. But no promises.
So yeah. That's about you're gonna get from me. All that I could possibly want now is an "In the middle" option when you have to mark your book as mature... or not. Maybe a 1-5 scale...
Anyway, If you like crime lords, heroic fantasy, alternate takes on everything, a gang of heroes who don't always get along, wizard bounty hunters, and, most importantly, Harry Potter...
