Twins

Finally!

Molly's POV:

Finally! Today is the day I am moving to America and I am going to meet Vicki! I can't believe it's been four years since I first met her on snapchat! I can't wait to meet her in real life and properly get to know her! I'm snapped quickly out my thoughts when my mum shouted upstairs at me, "Molly it's time to go! Are you coming to school before you go?" (My mum is a PE teacher at my old Secondary School) "I'm coming mum!" I say as I quickly grab my phone and my suitcase and I run down the stairs.

I quickly go and say goodbye to the families dog Poppy who I have had since I was eleven and I love her so much. I run through the kitchen to see my dad before he goes to work, "see you soon" he says trying not to cry, "see you soon dad, I love you." I say hugging him, "love you too sweetie." He kisses the top of my head and tells me to go to the car because my mum is waiting.

I quickly run out to the car and put my suitcase in the boot of the car and go round to the passenger seat. My mum looks over to me and says, "you ready?" I look back at her and say, "ready as I will ever be!" I look down at my phone and text Vicki:

V= Vicki M= Molly

M: Hey, we are about to leave! 😊💖
V: Yay! I can't wait to see you! 💖
M: I can't either! Gtg see you soon!
V: See you later! 💖
M:byeeeee

I put my phone down and we start to drive away, I turn around and see my dad stood on the porch waving with Poppy, I wave back and see a last glimpse of my home that I grew up in. I had lots of thoughts rushing around in my head like, 'Am I ever going to see my friends and family again?' 'I can't wait to see what America is like!' I sit back in my seat and my mum turns the radio on.

Vickis point of view:

I can't wait to see Molly! It's going to be crazy living in the same country as her! We can go to Pizza Hut together! I can't wait to show her all the places in this country! I also have a really big surprise for her! *bing!* I just got a text, it's from Molly saying they are leaving! Yay, I can't wait! It must be hard leaving your family in a whole different country! I go and get ready for the day and I wait until we have to go to the airport.
