"fine, if I win... you have to-."

"kiss him!" jack squeaked from behind us.

"holy shit, I almost peed." I breathed.

I smacked his shoulder very roughly, yelling multiple profanities in his face. jaeden soon followed my actions, and hit his arm. eventually finn had found his way over to us, and got us to stop abusing jack.

"you guys are mean." he whined, rubbing his arm.

"you literally almost scared the piss out of me." I reasoned.

"HAHAHAHA, jack this is why we're friends." finn laughed loudly.

"this is why I hate you both." wyatt stated, popping up behind the pair.

"ah, now this is why wyatt and I are friends." i smiled, wrapping my arm around his shoulder.

eventually turning our attention back to the game scoreboard, we viewed our results. ha! I told them, I'd beat him. no one is better than me at guitar hero, no one.

"ha! now you have to buy me a slushee!" I taunted.

"fine, come on." he grinned.

we began walking toward the concession counter. once we had arrived he told the man what I had wanted.

"what flavor?" the man behind the counter asked.

"cherry." i replied.

"alright." he replied, walking to the slushee dispenser.

"here you go, that will be two dollars." he smiled, handing me the cold drink.

jaeden reached into his back pocket pulling out a five dollar bill, and handed it to the man.

"keep the change." he told the man, smiling.

the man simply nodded, smiling back.

"thank you." said the man.

"no problem."

we both walked back toward our friends. me, sipping the freezing, icy beverage I had previously received.

"you wanna go play super mario bros?" wyatt asked, once we had returned.

"is that even I question?" I laughed.

"you got me there."

we began running toward the gaming system, wyatt almost tripping halfway there. I grasped the old controller in my hand, setting up the game. the game quickly started, both of us going into a fit of rampage, screaming and messing around the whole time whilst playing the game.

"that's not fair you cheated!" I screamed.

"no."

"you literally pushed me into a six year old."

"no."

"die."

"no."

"you two argue like a married couple." said jack, waltzing over to us.

"you also look nine years old, you don't see me complaining. do you?" i teased.

"i thought you were supposed to be loving and supportive mom!"

"my apologies, son." i pretended to cry, embracing him in a painfully tight hug.

"ow. ow! OUCH!" he yelped, pushing me into wyatt.

"ow." wyatt whined.

"shut up, at least she didn't squeeze your organs together."

"die."

"wyatt, that's my thing." i huffed.

"die."

"whale. that was a hell of an interesting conversation." finn stated, from behind us."

"that it was." jaeden agreed.

"how long were you guys standing there?" jack asked.

"literally the entire time." jaeden replied.

i zoned out, looking at all of my surroundings. I soon found myself gawking at one of my favorite parts of arcades, and decided I'd force jaeden to go play it with me.

"JAEDEN! COME PLAY SKI BALL WITH ME!" I screeched, literally dragging him with me.

"ouch! okay." he laughed.

he had finally stopped stumbling, and began sprinting along with me. for a split second, in the corner of my eye, i spotted him smiling down at our intertwined hands. i soon felt the blood rush to my cheeks, and knew that they had in fact turned the familiar shade of bright cherry red.

"this time if I win, you have to do something for me." he grinned.
