"Florence Adelaide Marie Dunn get your ass up!" Screamed my best friend Andy. Andy is short for Adrienna-Violet.
Andy and I became friends because we had the same middle name and both had two names as our first names. I met Andy when we were five years old in kindergarten. We're now 19 turning 20 in a few weeks.
"Adrienna-Violet Marie Baker You know I hate my full name!" I said using her full name.
"Sorry Florence but you gotta get up! We have work!" She laughed
"Hey! Don't use my full name!" She whined
"Then don't use mine." I mumbled
Andy and I worked at this music store down town. The store is owned by our friend Luna's uncle.
"Mark won't get mad if we're late I'm always late everyday!" I laughed
"He did get mad at your for slapping Kyla in the break room." She laughed
"He fired her so it's all good." I laughed
"I know but Mark's nephew is visiting and I heard he's hot!" She squealed
"Luna's cousin?" I asked
"Yeah the one that's in the military." She gushed.
"It's not worth dating someone in the service, you won't be able to handle the distance." I pointed out.
"True, but who said I wanted to date him? I want to bang his fine ass." She laughed
"You're such a hoe." I said getting off my bed.
"Yeah and you're the Virgin Mary." She said
"That's because I am!" I joked
"Sure.. Virgin Mary wouldn't call Justin Bieber daddy!"
"If she was alive she would." I laughed
"She's so pure." Andy stated.
"Yeah but she had a baby so therefore she's not." I said
"In church school which I went to once, they said Mary conceived Jesus without a male having sex with her. So she is a virgin but just had a baby." She explained stupidly.
"Wow that's the only time you pay attention?" I laughed
"Come on let's go you skank ass bitch." Andy said
I pulled on my jeans and slipped on my converse, then ran out the door.
I looked somewhat okay. I had a 5sos shirt on with lightwash skinny jeans.
A/N okay the Virgin Mary thing is a joke if it offends anybody I'm truly sorry. The joke is a joke between me and my Latina friend and she told me it wasn't offensive. But if you are offended please do not attack me with mean words. I do not want to offend anyone it's just for the book. -Trin
