The Tree Fic **Trigger Warning**

Chapter 1

I am alone and terrified.... I've lost Tyler... My best friend... My brother from another mother.... my soul mate... I've also lost my will to live... Tyler was the only thing keeping me alive... But this... Josh starts to cry this forest took him away from me!!! He screams while still crying the only thing I loved that loved me back!!!! I loved my Mom but she never proved she loved me back with her Drugs and my Dads drinking problem!!! I think Tyler actually knew what I meant when I said everything was black and blue!!!! God why am I so stupid... A voice in josh's head says "Tyler wasn't real josh" Josh screams... " Who ever you are you don't know what you are talking about!! Tyler was my best friend !!!!! He is real I tell you!!! But this stupid f**king forest took his life!!!!!!!!! How dare you!!! Stupid Lions!!!! Stupid t-t...." Josh could say the words... The tree house wasn't stupid... It was the only thing that brought him and Tyler together.... Josh cried harder and fell to his knees... He begged for a lighting bolt to come down and strike him.... He started to sing a song he remembered Tyler writing... "I know where you stand... Silent in the trees..." he sang as his heart fell to the ground.... He found some pills in his jacket pocket.... And looked up into the sky..." I'm sorry Tyler.... But I'm coming to see you " he put the pills in his mouth and swallowed them....Josh passed out in only a matter of seconds.. He woke up to a lion Infront of him. He thought he was just dreaming so he pinched himself "Ouch!" He said. The lion looked at him confused. "Stupid fool pinching yourself! You're not dreaming nor are you dead and don't scream out for your imaginary friend Tyler." Said the lion in a deep monstrous voice. "He is real you don't know what you're talking about you're just a stupid lion." Josh said holding back tears. "No Joshua he was just a copping mechanism to deal with me and your parents who were addicted and never loved you, and don't say I'm wrong because your mom was always high and your dad would always come home drunk and you would use your body as a shield to protect your pathetic sister, if you didn't have a copping mechanism you would be dead by now." The lion smiled. "H-how do you know that?" A tear sneakily fell from Josh's left eye, " I only know that because I am you Joshua but I don't go by Joshua I go by Spooky Jim, I'm you're dark side the side that wants you dead. And I will do anything to put you in that 6 ft deep hole. You're worthless and pathetic." The lion's eyes turned red.. " I need you dead Joshua" the lion growled his voice deeper than before. Josh got up and ran.. the lion chased after him. " YOU CANT ESCAPE ME!" The lion snarled as he gave up chasing him but Josh kept running.. Josh ran out of the forest.. he was out of breath. He couldn't see threw the tears.. why was everyone against him? What did he do that was so wrong? Why did the lion want him dead? Why did Tyler leave him?.. he had dark circles under his eyes from no sleep.. his stomach was growling from no food... His throat was as dry as a desert... Josh needed help.. but who would believe him?
