(A/N) I CRIED. YOU MIGHT TOO D:

Drama looks up, her eyes puffy and red, her clothes wet from crying.

“He's... not dead...” She starts to climb down and sneak over where her father is. The coast is clear... or so she thought. She gets knocked out by one of the guards, and she wakes up inside a jail cell with all of the people from the village with her also.

“Drama!” Jessica runs up to her as they both hug each other. “We didn't want to tell you, you were determined to find your father's killer. At least, you thought he was dead...”

“I know Jessica. I'm so, so sorry! I should have been with you guys and I should have never left the village!” Their hugging ends as Drama's father unlocks the jail and comes in, a guard closing the cell behind her.

“Well well well.” He punches Drama, and she falls to the ground. “Some 'prophecy', right? You should have never left this damn village, you should have never even been born!” He punches her again as she struggles to get up.

“You... you did all of this, didn't you?” Her father nods. “Why?”

“Ever since the dawn of time, there has been many rulers. But, if I killed all who got in my way, I WOULD BE SUPREME LEADER! I would be the one who the people bowed down to!” He stares at the villagers. They look horrified. “Come look at what I did to your little boyfriend there.”

Drama looks as she gasps in disbelief. “Starry!” She runs up to him. Blood flows from his chest, his whole body beaten up, arm broken.

“D... Drama...” He tries to get up, but Drama pulls him down.

“Starry don't get up! Please Starry!” She starts to cry as his blood gets on her hands.

“I... I'm sorry... Drama...”

“No, Starry stay awake! Please baby!”

His eyes open abruptly as his body starts getting colder.

“Drama, sing me a song. The song we danced to when we first met...”

“But...”

“Please...”

Drama cries a little more, and then she sings their song.

“Heart beats fast

Colors and promises

How to be brave?

How can I love when I'm afraid to fall?

But watching you stand alone,

All of my doubt suddenly goes away somehow...”

Drama starts to cry a little more, and Starry embraces her cheek.

“One step closer

I have died everyday waiting for you

Darling, don't be afraid I have loved you

For a thousand years

I'll love you for a thousand more...”

Then Starry slowly closes his eyes, his last breath faintly saying “I love you.”

“Starry!”

No answer. Everyone bows their heads as Drama cries some more. “Starry...”

They all bow their heads except for her father.

Drama cries as the song's second part echoes in her head. Jessica closes his eyes as they lay him down on one of the beds of straw. Drama puts flowers from her inventory in his hands as they all prey silently.

“I love you for a thousand mooooooore.....”

Drama looks at her father, who is looking horrified at them. He takes his sword out.

"Drama...”

She doesn't answer.

“Kill me.”

“Wh- what?”

“Or I'll do it myself.”

She takes the sword and stabs it inside of his stomache. He gives his keys to her before he dies.

Some stories have a happy ending. Some stories have a realistic side to them. This book is the second one. Sometimes, life can be tough, but someone needs to address it sooner or later. -SukiBooks
