As I said, Liam really waa gonna die. Not typically, just DIE. It was only moments before the king called everyone to gather in the arena and Liam had to have public caning. "Liam Payne, you are punished because you were rude to my son Prince Julian. Louis Tomlinson will have one stroke of caning because he was on Liam's side." Everyone gasped.
"Prepare." He stared at me, his eyes dragging out my soul.
The guard secured my hands around a pole and prepared the cane.
"Wait!" An unfamiliar voice cried out seconds before the guard lifted the cane.
Everybody looked at the direction where the voice came.
"Julian, please give them one chance." Turns out it was Julian's "Girlfriend".
"Absolutely not." Julian shouted.
"Please." She said and Julian hesistated.
"Fine. But I'm only doing this for your sake." He shouted.
I looked at her and she looked at me back. Our eyes met and instantly I felt something towards her. I felt attracted to her. It wasn't the first time I felt something towards her.
Maybe she was meant for me and not for Julian. Maybe her and I would be together. But something didn't feel right.
