My Door

A knock knock knock
Upon the door
I wonder who it is
A sh-sh-shock
As I touch the handle
My body almost drops to the floor
Surrounding me are the bodies of
Idiots and fool
They could handle the truth
They followed every rule
I hear the knock knock knocking again
And my body turns alone
I breathe in a breath
I shall fulfill my task
The knock goes again
And I ask

Who is it
Who is it
At my door
I cry out alarmed
And full of fear
I crawl across the floor
And as my eyes
They fill with tears
And comes gasps
Torn and broken
And then
The door opens
(Dance break to epic instrumentals)

I back away
From a nightmare
I run from
My deepest fears
I scream with a shaking voice
Cry with no tears
I make a choice
Make up my mind
I let it clear
I run towards that door
And what do I find
Other than that
The door o-o-opens wide

Piano, Piano
Rain from the sky
Fall to the Earth
I watch them shatter into pieces and die
I try to close the door
I try and try
But my body won't comply
So I watch as pianos fall more

(Short Musical Break)

I back off
Afraid
Shadows overcoming me
I stare down the sky
Deep, deep, deep I see
A single crying eye
I look and look
Unblinking as
The pianos fall more
At last, one more look here
A look full of fear
I turn back to my door...

(BANG!)

Who it is
Who it is
At my door
Answer my own question
Why ask for more?!
I know now!
Who I am!
But the world wants me dead!
But the door needs me for it to open!
Pianos! Pianos!
Fall from my eyes!
I cry and cry and cry and cry and cry
Someone else's tears
Inside, inside, inside of me
A storm
Closed off just like I was
Now I'm free~("last word in Karate"like)

I open my eyes
To the hard ground
Once again
I rise again
The knocks come again
Loud and frantic
Only now
I don't go
The door never opens
