I need a title for this story

       A guy gets Testicular cancer and needs a transplant. 

       He receives good luck to his family and kisses his girlfriend. After the operation, his girlfriend is no where to be found. He then asks them where she is.

       His cousin reply:

       “They didn’t tell you who the donor was?”
