Chapter 2

Two guys were walking down the way that Amelia had gone when they saw someone (a man) running away from something that was in the darkness. The two men walked up the ally with caution until they saw Amelia lying on the floor with her clothes ripped and blood all over her body “HELP HELP, SOMEONE PLEASE HELP” one of the blokes screamed.

“Did you hear that?” Joshua asked the others trying to act human

“HELP HELP, PLEASE HELP US” the bloke shouted again

“I heard it that time, lets go see who it was” William said as they headed for the shouting voice. Before they were able to turn the corner to the ally one of the blokes ran round the corner to get help and nearly banged into them.

“There is a girl around the corner she has blood all on her and has been beaten up and raped” the bloke said and then started to cry

“AMELIA” Alfie shouted and ran round the corner and fell to his knees as he realised he was right it was Amelia “Hunny, can you hear me?”

“She is out of it mate. The ambulance is on its way” the calm rational bloke said

“Did you see who did this” William asked as Alfie leant down to Amelia's face and kissed her forehead

“A bloke ran away when he saw us coming down the ally we wondered what he was doing and then we saw…….. Amelia is it” the calm man asked again

“Yeah that’s her name “Summer said as she got closer and tears rolled down her face “im a trainee midwife but I don’t know what to do?” she fell to the ground. William stretched his arm around her and pulled her close

“Don’t worry about it. No one expects you to do anything in this situation” William said and then put his other arm around Mia who fell to the floor the other side of him

The ambulance was coming down the road “ill go show them where to go” Charlie shouted as he and Thomas ran round the corner. After five minutes they returned with the Paramedics and Police following them “hello can you hear me” one of the paramedics asked Amelia

“Her name is Amelia” Alfie replied

“Were going to have to get her in straight away” the paramedics responded to each other

After about fifteen minutes the paramedics were carrying Amelia to the ambulance “can I come with her?” Alfie asked

“Yes you can come. We can take one more person” the paramedic asked

“Ill come” William said as he stood up and followed them “see you at the hospital” he said to the others as they started to run for the cars

When they got to the hospital Alfie and William went to the waiting room as Amelia was pushed into one of the emergency rooms. After a very long two hours of waiting the doctor came to the waiting room “hi everyone im Doctor Cullen im dealing with Amelia’s case”

“Hi” everyone said “is she going to be okay” Alfie added as he clenched his hands into fists

“Amelia received a lot of damage during the attack and has been unconscious due to drugs that were in her system but she is conscious again..” Before the doctor could finish Alfie whispered “drugs” like he was in shock

“It seems that her attacker drugged her before the attack that’s why you noticed a sudden change in her behaviour and she was unconscious during the attack. She has several broken ribs and had a dislocated right arm which we have supported and put back into place. As for the cuts she has several deep cuts which we have cleaned and stitched up” the doctor said
