I sat down on the ground and purred, enjoying my time with Steven. He was like a younger litter mate, or a little brother, as I have heard humans call them. He introduced me to a "video game", it's like a screen with moving pictures that interact with a "controller". We played that for a while until we heard a knock on the door.
Steven paused the video game, and I went to see who it was. It was Jasper, the gem I was dating for a while before I left Homeworld with Lapis and Peridot.
Backstory for those who don't know: I was originally in a cell to be shattered in White Diamond's castle on Homeworld before Lapis found me and brought me to this new planet called E-arth. I later found out it was pronounced Earth. Jasper was one of Yellow Diamond's guards because she is stocky and built to destroy anything in her path if necessary. She always had a soft spot for me for a reason that is unknown to me. She and I dated for a bit, but it didn't really work out, seeing as how she was a Diamond's guard and everything.
"Jasper, what are you doing here?! Are you planning on taking me back to cell I came from?! Is that it?!" I asked. " N-No..." She stuttered, anxiously. "I would do anything to get you back. Please give me another chance" She asked, begging.
