Chapter 1

As I heard my alarm clock going off I new what day it was. My 14th birthday. I stood up and went to my closest and picked out and outfit quickly because I had to meet my boyfriend Adam at the park soon. As soon as I got dressed,I put on makeup and then head down the stairs. When I got there I saw all of my family As they turn to me and  sing  "Happy birthday to you happy birthday happy to you happy birthday dear grace happy birthday too you ."As the sing  that my 3 year old brother comes running up to me and gives me  4 pancakes  with 14 candles in them. When he brought them to me i set them on the counter and pick him up and he helps me blow out the candles. When ii sit down and starting eating we here a knock and the door. My older brother jack say "I think it's for you Grace i can get it for you is you want me too." As both of us get up and race to the door i knock him out of the way and open the door  and say "Hi Adam" as he responds "hi are you ready" Yes i just i need to grab my jacket you can come in  if you want to  . I say sure  he says as he is walking in. My dad come sup to him and says make sure you are back before 3:30 or you won't see her for  3 weeks "Yes sir' he say s fast  "ready to go" I say  "yes"  Adam says  as we walk out the door and i close it i look up into my room and there is my older brother in my room sticking his tongue out at me. When we get to the park nobody is their so we are alone. We sit down on the a table and he pulls out a case and hands it to me as i open it he says "it might not be that much but i thought it would be something at least for what i am about to do later. " "What are you going to do later" I ask  as he say you will find out in a little while. when we start walking again he says he will be right back.
