My heart pounded in my chest as I silently begged him to rush back over to me realize what he was losing but he didn't, this was proof that i never affected him not in the way he affected me.
"I'm sorry" he picked up his bag and walked towards the door of our apartment. When he stopped, he staying I thought but once again I got my hopes up only for them to crash.
