Thinking a lot he cleaned himself n came out. He sat near the stove only n Nandini laid a plate in front of him n than served him food
Manik was looking at the food blankly coz his hands were paining n if he will try to eat he will hiss n Nandini will come to know abt his wounds
While Nandini looking at him thought that he must be thinking that till a day before he use to have his food royally n today sitting on the floor with just one dish rice n roti n nothing else so she tried to cheer him

Hearing this Manik looked at her blankly while Nandini said further
Nan-simple hai lekin tasty hai tum try karo tumhe aacha lagega.
Manik nodded his head refusing to her abt the simple food thing n than again looked at the food. Nandini was now free so was looking at him kneely while Manik with a lot of thinking tried to break a morsel
As he touched the roti his hand ached n his expressions were chnging which Nandini observed very carefully. Seeing his expressions she looked at his hand which were shivering so without any warning she held his hand n turned around
Before Manik could do anything Nandini had seen the red patches on his palm n she was shocked n immediately looked at Manik with wide eyes
