Amelia POV
Sitting at the table for our first meal as a family I process everything that has happened. We were driven out of our home by the shadows and the only possible reason would be in hopes of catching Addison and turning her evil. I can't imagine my little girl evil she is so sweet and is just learning to use her powers. Addi is so small and can be scared so easily I don't even want to think about the terrible things the shadows could do to her. For those of you reading this who don't know what the shadows are just wait you will.
Drew POV
I can tell Amelia is processing but we can't stay here much longer we need to move north to the much safer safe-house. That might sound weird but all safe houses are not as safe as they should be. We have made one stop on our multiple-stop-journey. We are headed to the safe-house in Farmington where my sister lives and we need to move fast or the shadows will catch us. I am terrified about what they will do to Addi if they catch us and Amelia is no safer. Orbing is an advantage for the two of them but both of them are still building orb-control. I hope that if anything happens to me they will both be safe I just can't lose them. I push my plate forward and stand up to pack somethings. Amelia follows me to the other room but positions herself so she can keep an eye on Addi. I tell her to take Addi upstairs and pack clothes and stuff to do so we can leave and she heads back to the kitchen to do what I said. After about twenty minutes we are ready to go.

Amelia POV
Addi is fast asleep in Drew's arms as we walk into the safehouse in Oshkosh. Taking her from Drew I put Addi in a bed upstairs and crawl up next to her to get some shut-eye. I am exhausted two full days of travel is a long time to go without sleep. I know that it was too dangerous to stop but if I had control over orbing we could have been here in five minutes. I wish I was a better white-lighter but I am not so I have to take what I get. When my eye-lids finally close I drift into a terror-filled sleep. Nightmares of losing Addi haunt me for what seems like eternity. When I finally wake I am in Addi's room but Addi is gone. I begin to panic until I see her and Drew sleeping in the rocking chair. I would guess it is about six in the morning meaning I slept for almost four-teen hours but I feel refreshed and I know today will be a long day travelling to the next house. When Drew finally wakes up it is eight and I have been practicing orbing all day. I orb to the kitchen to get some coffee for Drew and when I return Drew has a grin on his face. "That is pretty good!" he whisper shouts at me. I grin and hand him the coffee. While Drew drinks the coffee I grab clothes for all three of us and pack some warmer clothes for the next house. I dress Addi while she sleeps and dress myself before taking Addi so Drew can change. Once we are all changed we head off. Addison is still sleeping so we travel faster than last time we are about five hours into our trip before Addi wakes up.
