Today is the day of the party and my maids have been telling me what to do sense the time I woke up. So far I have have at least three baths, my hair brushed two thousand times, my eyebrows plucked until I thought I didn't have any left and I had to draw them on(which I was not going to do even if I did have no eyebrows), and they even straightened my already straight as a doorframe hair.(they tried curling it, I laughed at every attempt.) Soon I was wearing enough makeup I thought my face would fall off, I could put makeup on at least one hundred woman with the makeup on my face alone. Then came the worst part: the corset. The maids pulled the corset so tightly I thought I was about to died of lack of oxygen. I felt my face turning purple under all the makeup I had on. "It's tight enough!" I tried reasoning with the maids, but they ignored me and kept tightening. They were finally done with the corset, but now they had to put the dress onto me, but before that the underdress and the hoop skirt, or as I call it the birdcage. My dress sleeveless was all white with aqua blue bows a ribbons tied all over it. In the back the ribbons laced across my back. Then I put on my heel, but it was quite hard because I could no longer see my feet under my dress. The maids said that i was finally done and they brought in a mirror to show me the "finished project". I looked in the mirror and was quite shocked to see what I saw. I saw I small girl with straight blonde hair that reach down to her bum who has eyes that looked like they were as light blue as a summer day and she was very pail and had bright red lips the filled out her face. I know this couldn't be me. Not in a million years, I know I'm not beautiful and I know my face doesn't look like that. It was quit silly though to think I did look like that though. I then looked up at the clock and realised there was only an hour left until the party. My head started to swirl and my stomach began to tie into knots. I need to practice my speech even though I can say frontwards and backwards, I still need to practice to get it perfect and to distract me from my head and stomach. Then I realised it's about time Rin walks to school. I sat down in a stool in font of the the window and waited. It wasn't long before I saw Rin. Over the last couple years Rin's appearance has changed. He keeps his hair short, but not to short instead of a buzz cut and he is walking straight up instead of slouching (even though it was me who made him walk around with books on his head to do so) Rin has grown really tall too, much taller than my father and brothers. There is one thing though that will never change and that is his beautiful ocean blue eyes that can see through everything and make you feel better just by looking at them. He was know walking by and he looked up and waved, I waved back and smiled. He stared at me for a while though, then continued to walk to school. I wonder why he was staring at me like that? Suddenly I heard a knock at the door and James came in and bowed, 'Party starts in thirty minutes, time to get into places. Also happy birthday lady Allison'. I smiled and nodded, 'Thank you James'. I then hurried to my spot at the very top of the stairwell while the maids were fixing anything and everything about me as I waited for my que.
