It's funny how some stories never really leave us.
I first wrote this story years ago, and while I was proud of it then, I've always felt that Mara and Jansen had so much more to say.
So, after all this time, I'm finally rewriting their story.
The original will always have a special place in my heart because it reminded me why I love writing. But this new version is the story I wish I had the experience to tell back then.
If you've read the original, I hope you'll join me in rediscovering Mara and Jansen. And if this is your first time meeting them, welcome-I hope you'll fall in love with their story as much as I did.
This rewrite is only the beginning. My dream is to one day tell their complete story in a full-length novel, where they'll have the time and space to grow, love, make mistakes, and find their way back to each other.
