The whole Loyalty thing was the loudest, most in your face of all The Virtues, it was a really old, original concept, heavy with tradition and myth.
Personal fidelity naturally occurs anywhere, even a gang of thieves will swear oaths to each other. But this version of Chivalrous Honour was totally different, Loyalty was absolutely key.
