Ok, This chapter I found out after I had published chapter 1 had around 1100 words, so I just wrote an end to the chapter, so here ya go!

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Pat was laying in the bed, still unconscious. "I don't think your friend will wake up soon, he seems to be in a coma, miss," A young woman said as she entered the tent. Pat and I were currently in a camp of people like me.

"I see..." I said and stood up and looked at the woman. She had blond hair and green eyes she had a tanned skin showing how she was a lot outside. Her blouse revealed the mark of this camp. A leaf in a circle.

"The leader said you could stay until your friend wakes up," the woman said with a small smile. I looked at Pat. "I will say my thanks," I said and went outside. The camp was just a bunch of tents since this clan was a traveling clan. Nature's Leafs clan.

Everyone here had a mark of the clan on them visible or not. A man came towards me. He had long brown hair reaching his ass. Just like all the fantasy elves on television these days. His eyes were green. He was a tall man and was like a noble in the old days you know. The clan mark was showing on his throat.

"Rosalie! It's been such a long time" the man asked. "Yeah, thank you for letting us stay here," I said and looked at him; he was taller than me by twenty centimeters. You would really think this dude was an elf. "I owe you, if it wasn't for you I wouldn't be the clan leader of my own clan today." He said and smiled.

His smile soon vanished. "He is back isn't he?" he asked me. "Mark..." I said and looked at him. "That would be the only reason you dragged a mundane to me begging me to hide the both of you." He said. I didn't say anything.

"It's amazing how you have gathered so many nature bearers," I said only to change the topic. "Yeah I know, I actually thought that half of them didn't want to since it is a bit dangerous being a new clan," he said. "And know you are probably one of the biggest aren't you?" I asked while we were walking around the camp. "Yes, we are one of the five biggest clans right now." He said and smiled.

He was proud of what he had achieved with his dream, which made me remember how much Mark talked about having a clan when we were young. Mark is one of the few I know from when I was a child. He was a childhood friend.

Someone I knew I could trust.

I smelled food. Which made my stomach rumble. The woman beside me started to giggle. "I guess you haven't eaten for a while," She said. She had green hair; her bangs covered one of the brown eyes that were on her face. Her name was Callie. I had talked with her a bit when Mark had some clan leader stuff to do.

"Yeah" I responded and looked at her. "Come," she said and led me to a big tent. In that tent was a load of people, some were in a line and others was sitting down and eating their food. Callie dragged me to the line.

After a while, we sat down by an empty table. The food was delicious. "So how do you know our clan leader?" Callie asked after a while. "We were childhood friends," I said. "We were really close until he came into our lives," I said. Callie looked at me.

"Isn't it beautiful here?" she suddenly asked, I was a bit surprised that she suddenly changed the topic. "Yeah, it is quite beautiful," I said. Suddenly two people sat down with us. One of them was Mark the other was a big muscular man that would most likely be a barbarian warrior. He nodded to me as a greeting.

"This is my right hand, Miguel," Mark said. "Even though he seems scary he isn't," He said with his typical smiling face. "As you already know Miguel, this is Rosalie, my dearest friend from a long time ago," he said. Miguel looked at me. He just sat there staring at me.

"What are you staring at?" I asked a bit annoyed. "What's that on your throat, the thing you're trying to hide with your hair?" he asked, I was shocked. "Nothing," I said and continued to eat.

Suddenly he sat beside me and moved my hair behind my shoulder, revealing a clan mark, a mark of a lotus flower in a deep color of red, a color of blood. I tried as fast as I could to fix my hair back to what it was. I looked up and on to everyone's faces. Callie looked shocked at me, Mark was surprised and I couldn't read Miguel's face.

It didn't surprise me, it was an infamous mark.

Everyone was quiet. I stood up and walked away.

I looked at Pat's sleeping face, it looked like he was at peace. Something I thought I was, I probably haven't been at peace for years. I sighed. "I probably would have to leave soon," I whispered. "Why?" Mark suddenly asked, standing behind me. "Why do you have to leave?" he asked and looked at me. I didn't answer.

"Is it about your mark?" he asked. "I do know that it is something you regret, I won't judge for it," he said. I looked at him. It seemed like we both was about to say something when suddenly there was an exploding sound.

"What was that?" I asked running out of the tent with Mark. "I don't know," he said. I noticed the guard was ready for a fight. "Invaders," Mark said. He unsheathed his sword. It was in a dark iron color with vines around the handle, once he had unsheathed the sword the vines moved up his arm, making sure he wouldn't lose the sword in a battle.

He ran towards the guards.  One of the guards near me got shot with an arrow. I looked up and saw whom it was.

He was there, with an army of people.

Clearly after me. I looked at the dead guard and near him was a battle-ax. I picked it up and headed over to Mark. He looked at me. "Who are you?" Mark asked him. Mark didn't know him. He only smiled.  He hadn't seen me yet.

"I am Malachi," he said.

He noticed me. "Rosie~ so nice to see you," Malachi said with his dark voice. I didn't respond. "I came to bring you back home," He said. I looked at him. "That place isn't my home, you destroyed it!" I said swinging the battle-ax at him. He blocked it. "I didn't destroy your home, I have built it," he said and readied an attack on me.

I dodged it, but it was clear he knowingly missed. Suddenly there were vines crawling up his leg, immobilizing him. I looked over at Mark, he smiled. I looked back at Malachi, he was almost covered with vines. "Get me out of here!" Malachi shouted. Someone went to Malachi and whispered in his ear. Malachi then looked at us. "I will get you back for this!" he shouted.
