he wanted to see the world, so he crafted himself wings of wax and gold. the higher he flew, the more careless he grew, until he found himself falling into the waves beneath him.

based off of the tale of Icarus, this story can be about the rise and fall of an idol. angst is the way to go for this one since it follows the whole tragic hero archetype. slow and steady rise and abrupt fall. Icarus can be idol and sun can be numerous things: some girl he risked it all for, the idea of success, etc
