The Lodge

Chapter 1

Hannah
"Daddy, why are making me go somewhere... out of the city?" I asked as he stopped the car, I hopped out of the car looking at The Lodge.

"You need make... other friends," my eyes widen and I crossed my arms.

"I do not!" I started to complain but I got cut off by a unfamiliar voice.

"Hello! Welcome to The Lodge!" a blonde girl said. "I'm Skye, the owner,"

I smiled. "I am Hannah," I smiled.

"Hi, we're to check in for... her," dad said, a guy grabs my bag. He's really cute.

"Thanks, Sean," Skye said and Sean went by, she kisses his check. Oh, boy friend, girlfriend. Got it. I nod my head slightly making a fool out of myself.

We walk into The Lodge, that's where I got my hopes up for another guy, he looks like he's single, I look at his badge. Ben.

He comes over to us. "Hi I'm Ben, I can show you to your room," Ben smiles. I nod my head.

I turned to dad as Ben walks away thinking I'm following him. "Dad, I think I'm fine," I kiss dad's check. "Maybe it is worth making some new friends?" He smiles and I called Ben telling him to wait up.
