Back story
Long ago, a war started between NK and US. South Korean refugees in Japan and China grew and housing for the refugees was limited. They looked for new land which caused the UN to step in. Russia only accepted the sick and dying ones and their families. Australia only took 2500 and no one else wAnted them. Meanwhile, The US had a sudden financial and economic crisis. Mexico, Australia and other countries tried it's hardest to help but it needed more. Back Then, Brazil relied solely on USA for Military training, Technology, and other resources that were necessary. But because of the war and the crisis Brazil slowly started to collapse. The UK volunteered to occupy them temporarily until they could regain strength. Riots broke out and UKs presence only shortened the time the world had until a full out world war would happen.
