A Suicidal Epiphany

Dez woke up in a fit. His dream was not the usual sweet release from reality, it was a horrible nightmare. His worst fear emerged in the nightmare, nothing.....

After Dez woke up from a sleepless night, he walked to the bathroom, did his morning routine and then ate a breakfast of toast. He realized toast was not that good for you then, he went to the corner store to get waffles. They were out of waffles he didn't want mini-doughnuts cos' they were gross, so he just got apple juice and pringles. It was a Saturday so, Dez didn't have to go to work. Dez realized he was probably high so, he sat on his couch and watched the commercial channel.                                                                                                                                                                                                       After watching the auctioning off of pearls and their various forms, he passed out. Dez awoke to... nothing he was exactly where he was when he went to sleep. Then in a sudden epiphany, he realized that no-one loved him, he had no friends and no family. In an intoxicated rage... he sat down and did nothing. This cleared his mind, he then decided to kill himself. He didn't own a gun so, he was going to hang himself. He was still high so he waited to go buy rope from the hardware store. After going to the hardware store and buying rope, Dez tied the rope around a pipe in his basement. He then went to his computer to look up how to tie a noose. He found several videos teaching how but, he couldn't get the hang of it. so he wrapped it several times around his throat and kicked the chair out from under him. The rope unwound quickly, spinning Dez around several times. "Well" Dez said in a rather loud voice, "That did not work." Determined to kill himself Dez left his home, Leaving only hell behind him.
