"I need my Oreos. Now." I said "I can't stay calm without Oreos."
" I know what you're thinking, and the answer is no." Claire said glaring at me.
Claire has been my best friend since kindergarten. And she must have superpowers because I have the felling that she just read my mind. Or she knows me very well, but I will stick with the first option.
"Maddie, we're not going to the market now. You can survive one night without Oreos." She continued talking "Or you can think you're eating some. See if that works."
"That will leave me hungrier than I already am."
"You're not hungry. You ate pasta like five minutes ago."
"I'm always hungry."
I got the keys and opened the door.
"Are you coming or not?" I said
"If we die, it's your fault." Claire said while going to the door
"Calm down, what's the worst thing that could happen?" I said locking the door behind me.
