But the next day, you broke the force
The force that was keeping us together
The force that made me believe the we'd last forever

Back to those days when we were so happy
When you were still laughing together with me
But I know I couldn't
I know I shouldn't
I need to let go of the memories
Cause it's hard to believe in all of my fantasies
That you will pull me close to you
And whisper "I love you too"
Until we reach the day that we will say I do
Oh, I'm so desparate if only you knew
I wouldn't ask you to come back to me
I just wish that you would see
That I never stopped loving you
I wish you'd just had a clue
If I asked you "Do I have a chance?"

Would still tell me that I am the one
