I don't remember much, all I know is that I have the feeling I'm not safe here. It looks like I'm in a hospital, but no one notices that I'm leaving, I grabbed a wallet that had my ID in it, 'so my name is Jessi Holland?' I thought to myself. In my state of confusion, I went to see if this was me in the photo, I looked in the mirror and what I saw wasn't a man with short, bright blonde hair with bright green emerald eyes, this person had tanned, olive skin. What I saw in the mirror was a completely different appearance, I saw raven black hair and blue eyes, I got nervous and my eyes narrowed in a cat-like form, my skin now slightly pale. I panic and look around the room, to stop startled to see my body, lifeless, I see everything I'm hooked up to... my heart isn't beating... I had flat-lined.

"WHAT HAPPENED TO ME?! WHY CAN'T I REMEMBER ANYTHING!?" I scream in a panic.

I feel a heart beating in my chest but I'm not in my body, I run out of the room trying to get the attention of doctors or nurses for help, but I am ignored with every attempt, as if I don't exist. I leave the hospital in search for someone, anyone who can see me or at least hear me. I searched for 2 weeks not needing anything to eat or drink and it drove me crazy, I just gave up and gave into the misery. I sat in one spot hugging my knees not knowing what to do. I look in a window to see my reflection, my physical state hasn't changed, I look the same as when I left the hospital.

"Hey...Hey you!"

I heard a deep, yet tormenting voice and it felt like it was directed at me, but that wasn't possible after all no one can see me.

"Hey you! with the black hair on the floor!" The voice said angrily.

It was at that moment I realised he was talking to me, I looked up to see an angry and frightening man standing above me and just staring at me, his short blonde hair looked as if it had been washed in mud and his red eyes were like ember, just looking into them I felt myself wanting to run, but I couldn't look away, all I could do was stare at the man.

"Stand up!" He demanded.

"Hi, hello um can you please help me?" I asked hesitantly but relieved to find that someone can see me.

"Yeah, sure I know how to help you" the man said. He went through his pocket, but it wasn't a phone he was pulling out like I hoped, instead he grabbed a blade of some kind and swung it at me.

"Hey, stop it, what are you doing!?" I say trying to avoid each blow.

"I'm doing what you asked! I'm helping you by sending you back to hell!" He shouts while slashing at me.

"How is this hel-" before I could finish he shouted, "Scum like you shouldn't be here you beast!"

It was as time stopped for me, all I could do was stand there in shock of what was happening. I'm confused to the point I don't even notice that I've stopped trying to dodge his attacks.

'He called me a beast, how am I a beast? What kind of beast am I that deserves to go to hell?' I thought to myself.

Staring down at my feet, tears dripping down my face, the frustration getting the better of me. I realise I've come to a stop, now I just want him to end me. I close my eyes waiting for what I thought was the inevitable, however the pain that I was expecting didn't slash or stab at me. I peak back up at him to see that he didn't stop willingly. I saw another man holding him back, he had long scarlet red hair and silver eyes as if I were looking at the moon, his skin was beautifully tanned.

"Hey, it's good to see you again," the red-haired man says calmly.

I don't respond and just stare at him in a state of awe and confusion, 'do I know this guy?' I ask myself. Before I knew what was happening next the long-haired man dislocated the arm of the attacker. He then walked towards me and grabbed my arm, he suddenly began sprinting dragging me behind him.

After half an hour of running we hid in a dark alley where no one could see, I glance up at him and a wave of warmth washes over me, I feel safe just looking at him. He catches me glancing at him and looks at me worryingly

"You don't remember me, do you?" he asks with a tone of disappointment.

"No, I don't even know what is happening to me!" I say as I look away in irritation.

There is tension in the air as if a cat had to be let out of the bag, I look back at him thinking I've upset him, but I see that he is trying to be careful with what he says next.

"Well lets start with introductions, my name is Jason Night but people just call me Pyro" He says with a goofy smile on his face.

"My name is Jessi Holland" I say confused.

After introductions Jason grabs my arm again and drags me somewhere, I'm being caught up in the flow and I almost forget that I'm dead with a heartbeat. As the thought weighs on my mind, I ask Jason to explain what has happened to me on the way, the only thing he said was all in due time with a serious expression on his face, there was nothing said the rest of the way.

"Why did he call me a beast? I'm just a spirit of a dead man, aren't I?" I ask trying to remain calm.

"You were always sensitive to being called a beast I'll explain everything to you once you're somewhere safe, for now just follow me." He says this so calmly yet remains stern about our surroundings.

After going through allies and backstreets we come to a stop at a cemetery, however it didn't look like a cemetery where the dead lay to rest. Standing in the middle of the cemetery was a wooden door, it wasn't attached to anything it was just there. As Jason walks through the door I hesitantly follow, when I walk through I find myself in....

"A pub?" I ask surprisingly.
