Quick Prologue

Nightmare Realm-Afternoon-Dakota P.O.V

"DAVID DAY CIPHER! IF I DO NOT GET MY FOOD BACK I WILL KILL YOU!!". This was an every day thing. And it was getting annoying. Really annoying. I would be sleeping or something and day would some how sniff out my food and eat it. I mean how he feel if I ate his food? I can tell you right now, he would hate it. Footsteps ran past the kitchen door. Not only was he going to eat my food, he was going to run. Like, would you run if you ate someone's food and they were going to kill you? Wait. Don't answer that. "DAY!". I ran after him. I never really caught up to him.

"Boo."

I turned around so fast that if I wasn't a demon, I would have had whiplash. There was Day. Not only did he have the courage to face me after eating MY food, he had parts of my sandwich on his face. "If you don't give me my food back. I. WILL. KILL. YOU". Day didn't even flinch. "You cant kill me, remember?" Day made a 'Duh!' face. "So why did... you run.." I felt out of breath which was normal, for me at least(if u don't know Dakota is half demon so he still has human needs he just cant die or get sick). I wanted to finish the sandwich." He wiped the extra food off of his face. "You owe me a sandwich.". I paused. "Make me one.". He smiled. Then said no.

"Im going to tell Bethany..." I whined. I will never admit that I whined, so don't ask. Day paled. "Fine, I'll make you a deal..". I perked up. "A deal? Haven't made one in ages. Okay, what is it?". "I'll make you a sandwich, if you go here." He handed me a paper. "A restaurant security guard? Is this joke?" I eyed him. "Nope five nights you go here ill make you a sandwich.". "Fine deal.". His hand ignited  a light orange. I shook it. I was going to get my sandwich...
