Run

Gary's PoV
I wake up a lot earlier than all the others but I need to go for a run I feel if I don't then am gonna lose shape I can't let that happen again.
I slowly get out off bed so I don't wake Dawn and Daisy.
I draw back the curtains as it is still early and open the window slightly.
As I walk into the livingroom//kitchen Dan and Emily are up playing around on their iPads.
"Morning"I say smiling and head into the kitchen
"Dad what's are you doing up "They both say in sync
"Thought I might go for a run get back to normal I dint want people running around after me anyway what are you both doing up so early"I say looking and Dan and Emily .
"I woke up to go to the toilet and accidentally woke Dan so we both want knew you would wake up to go for a run so we decided to get up and wait for you to get up so we could come with you"
"If you both want to come then that's fine by me go get changed and make sure it's suitable it's warm outside"
They both run off to get changed and I make my self a protein shake.
I drink the protein shake go to the bathroom brush my teeth and begin making the water bottles.
"Dad are you ready"Dan says tying his shoe lace
"Yeah where's Emily"I say passing a water bottle to him
"Am here"
I pass her a water bottle and write a note just in case dawn wakes up before we get back the note says :
Morning babe gone for a run with the kids also happy anniversary love you x

"Dad what are you doing?"
"writing a note for your mum just incase she wakes up before we get back"
With that we're off.
