After Magnus had cleaned Will up and got him to sleep he walked over to Tessa " he's losing his sanity and it's killing him". He remarks " Indeed, what are we going to do". Magnus shrugged " I could take him back to Edom and stay there with him while he recovers" Tessa pondered on it for a moment " Would he agree to it you know how stubborn he is he won't admit he needs help until he on the floor breaking down". " He will agree , eventually". Magnus said walking over to the window " It may be his only chance of getting through this"
◦ The next morning when Will woke up he had a splitting headache and his chest was pounding. He had a slight recollection of the night before. He kinda remembered the fight but he didn't remember how he got home. As he swung his legs over the side of the bed to get up the pain in his chest intensified and forced him to lay back down. " Bloody Hell". He exclaimed. Magnus walked in a moment later , " Yeah you'll need to lay down for a bit the healing rune doesn't work as effectively with alcohol in the system". Will sighed " What even happened". Magnus looked at him carefully and then said " You got into a brawl at a bar then dragged yourself home and collapsed in my arms as I opened the door". "Oh" he replied. " Would you like talk about it" Magnus asked softly. Will nodded and Magnus walked over to the bed and laid down next to him and wrapped his arms around Will. As they shifted to get into a comfortable position Will winced in pain. " Hey take it slow ok it'll hurt like this a while". Magnus told him. Will looked up at the ceiling and stared at it for a while before speaking. " I'm losing it, I can feel my sanity slowly dripping away and I know that when it is all gone everything I was knew will mean nothing , all except you. I need help Magnus i need your help". Magnus nodded " How about we go back to Edom for a couple of centuries so you can find yourself again". " Yeah I guess that's me only option right now". So it was set they would go back to Edom to help Will find himself.
◦ They had been in Edom for 2 centuries now and Will was still in a steady decline. Magnus had been working hard to find out what the problem was because Will was going through what immortals call a Displacement. This was the name due to the simple fact that they were going through a time displacement and could tell what was reality and what was past. In Will's case it was bad because he came from the past to live through the future just to go back to the past and it was driving him mad. " Magnus how is he doing" Lilith asked He just shook his head " Not well he just asked me to tell his sister Ella to come in for tea" Lilith sighed " I'll go in and see him and try the spell again" The spell was a clarity spell, they had already tried runes so magic was there resort. Well not last resort they could go to Asmodeus but there would always be a price for his services and Magnus wasn't going to take the chance of losing Will. Lilith knocked softly on the door " William may I come in" , a voice called out " Yes come on in I'm decent, well ..yeah I'm decent". She pushed open the door, the room had been cleaned from tip to top, the surfaces glistened, the bed was perfectly made , the china had been polished and book were organized in alphabetical order. " Someone's been busy" she chuckled. He nodded " I've had nothing better to do but clean, I try to stay in one time zone but when I get locked on I'm confused on where I am and cleaning is the only thing that I can seem to concentrate on". She proceeded to put her hand on his shoulder but he flinched violently. " Sorry I just... Can you get Magnus.. please". He begged , Lilith nodded and she exited the room with one last glance at Will. He look over towards the window and the landscape was as vibrant as Edom could be. There were demons flying, explosions across the plains and large groups of host humans who fed the demons. He turned around to see Magnus standing behind him looking at him with tired eyes. "How are you feeling love" Will shook his head lightly and crawled into Magnus's open arms. They sat there in silence until Will said "Thank you for everything". Magnus smiled and replied " If there is ever anything you need or wish for I will not hesitate to get it". Then they embraced each other once more and soon drifted off in a deep sleep.
◦ A few hours later Magnus wakes up and he looks over at Will to find him still fast asleep. He sat up quietly and walk in to the bathroom and looked in the mirror and he saw his normally emerald green eyes were now a mint color. That had only happened to him once, it was a long and dark time in his life. Will had gotten injured badly in a battle and he wasn't expected to live, it had taken a toll on Magnus. When Will and Magnus first started dating they had joined their souls and they had bonded their lives. So whatever one felt the other felt also and when Will was hurt, Magnus's powers were weakened because of the state of his partner. So because of Will's declining state Magnus's powers were weaker causing his eyes to fade. His eyes being his warlock mark and the source of his power. He continued his daily routine then he walked back into the room to find Will in a ball curled up on the bed shaking. Magnus ran up to the bed and pulled Will into his arms, trying to calm him down. After a while Will finally calmed down and drifted back to sleep Magnus stood up and exited the room to make something to eat. About a half an hour later the food was ready and Magnus plated it and put it all on a tray. Over in the cupboard there were some mugs and some tea bags that Magnus used to make Will a cup of calm-free tea to settle his nerves. After that was all set up he carried the tray in to the room and sat it on the side table
