I put my socks on my feet, they're cold. I place my feet down on the even colder floor, chills crawled up my spine, vertebrae by vertebrae, with the sound of a gun shot echoing in my mind.
8:00 AM
The bell for first period rang, so i ran to chemistry. The first day of school is always the most stressful, but i'm a junior now so it's all kinda normal, like all the same people and hallways. When i woke up that morning i thought it would be just like any other day. I was wrong.
After everyone was in their seats, i felt someone staring at me. I looked back and he was sitting two seats behind me. We locked eyes and then i found myself staring. His eyes were ice blue.
Finally he broke the stare, and smirked, revealing a dimple on his cheek. I turned away; i learned nothing that day in chemistry. I needed to know his name. I felt like i needed to know him, not like i wanted to, but i needed to. It wasn't that i wanted to date him, though he was pretty damn attractive. All day i just couldn't shake this urge to find him and talk to him. The bell rang and the first day was over.
