There are many different ways you could go about on forms like these but here's the "Rani" way XD! Originally, I had more examples, but it was giving away too much of what I was working on so...I had to change them :)
1.) C O V E R F O R M:
Title of the story:
Author of the story:
Style: (happy and colorful (bright) or dark and depressing OR NEUTRAL {normal cover})
Cast: (IF THERE'S NO CAST THEN PROCEED TO NEXT PART)
If no cast members are in it, what do you picture on it:
Anything else: (Such as decorations: clouds, stars, etc.)
Any Ideas: (like do you specifically have an idea for the cover: {Ex. It HAS to be a blue background} or something like that)
