Mornings

Your eyes flutter open as you wake up on the perch. Being Daryl's girlfriend means that wherever he goes, you go and vice versa. You two are attached to the hip - a team!

"Mornin' babe" a southern voice you knew to well sounds from beside you.

"Morning Daryl" you respond, turning in your spot to face your sexy, badass boyfriend.

You decide to tease him because who doesn't love to tease someone early in the morning. Leaning in, you start to leaving butterfly kisses from his collarbone up to his cheek.

Daryl pulls you on top of him so your straddling his hips and you kiss everywhere on his face except his lips.

"Ya keep missin'" he growls, softly grabbing the back of your head and guiding your lips to his.

This was pretty much yours and Daryl's morning routine. But before it could get any further a chorus of "get a room!" or "Lovebirds!" erupted throughout the cell block mostly by Rick, Carl and Glenn.     - also known as the nosy little shits! -

"C'mon, let's go huntin'" Daryl smirked, pulling you up with him making a shiver run down your spine from a cold breeze that lingered in the prison.

Yup - mornings couldn't be any better...
