Green Elliotte never had an experience in dating nor she had any knowledge about boys, and she had no idea how on earth she was caught up in this crazy deal.
''You are the one who's closest to him. He's your step brother's best friend! I'm sure you can easily get to him and flirt with him,'' Francine explained breathlessly; Francine was a plump girl of sixteen, blonde and bubbly, ''please, Gee. You're our only hope.''
''He already knew Francine and Violet but not you. He only knew you as Christoff's stepsister, not as one of my best friends.'' Pia hiccupped. Pia was the beauty queen, long straight brunette hair, eye-catcher curves, and long sexy lashes which was devastatingly destroyed along with her black mascara because of crying.
Green heaved a defeated sigh. Pia, Violet and Francine were her close friends but she didn't hang out with them so much that only few people were actually aware of their friendship and the rest were doubtful nonetheless.
''Please,'' Green rolled her eyes, ''among all the people that surround me, the three of you well know that I have no experience with that flirting-thingy. You may ask me anything, just not this.''
''Gee, don't you see Pia? He hurt her! He broke her heart to pieces! And worse, he made her look dumb in front of everybody!'' Violet raged over reactively which she did a lot. Violet was tall, dark blonde, and the cheerleader stereotype. ''He deserves to be punished!''
''Jeez, Violet, it would be your fault if I get deaf,'' Green raised her hands up, ''I could very well see what he did to Pia and I want to rip his flesh with my own bare hands as much as you wanted to. But this plan sounds so fragile and so wattpad. What if I fail? What if I mess up everything including my relationship with my stepbrother? What if I only end embarrassing myself? I don't want to risk my peaceful living. I love you, guys and I would do anything for you but please . . . just not this.'' she pleaded exasperatedly.
Pia wiped her cheeks making her already messed-up makeup mess up more, then nodded, ''We love you too and I understand your concern. You're right, the plan's too fragile and you don't want to risk your solitary peace. You have always loved your solitude and you do not join us, your friends, in our adventures. But don't worry, it's okay though. I just thought of a new plan anyway, I'll be doing my revenge my own way.'' Pia hiccupped again.
Green groaned, she knew what her friend was up to. Pia was doing her you-may-carry-your-guilt-around-or-do-me-a-favor dialogue and she was doing it so great like she often did.
''Fine. Fine,'' Green resigned, closing her eyes and drawing a deep breath, ''but you girls spend your own money for my make-over and everything.''
With that, her three friends squealed in delight, jumping up and down like bouncy balls of skinny and plump flesh. Among the four friends, Green was the only one who dressed like she wasn't a girl at all. She wore jeans and a loose shirt underneath her faded blue jacket. She even pairs her clothes with either sneakers or gray running shoes while her friends follow every trend in fashion that was on. She was the only one who obviously had never taken a look of herself on the mirror. She often forgot combing her hair before tying it to a bun or ponytail. In short, Green was disastrously neglectful of her looks. Green sat down on the couch massaging her forehead with her fingers. Her head was beginning to hurt because of their non-stop squeals and their long list of their plan, and mainly because her worst problem was just beginning.
