1. First Day Back ♡

Jasmine

Today is the first day of school, and Joanne and I are getting prepped at my house.

After adding on my finishing touches, I grabbed my phone and began taking selfies.

20 selfies later, I decided to take a few shots of Joanne and I before we left.

"Baeeee "

Seconds later, Joanne walked out of the bathroom and smiled as her eyes fell on me. Giving me a once over, she nodded,

"Damn Bae, you sexyy "

I smiled at her in amusement as she grabbed my waist.

"Thanks love. You're hot too"

I responded as I pecked her lips.

We positioned ourselves in front of my mirror and began a whole photoshoot. Of course, some were edited and posted on Instagram.

"Come on let's get to school "

"Bye Mr. and Mrs.Moore"

Joanne smiled politely. Her smile quickly disappearing as only my mom replied.

She glanced at my dad and walked out of the house, disappointment clear in her eyes as he pretended to be so interested in his book.

Glaring at my dad, I shook my head and stormed out of the house.

Joanne stood waiting for me with arms cross, irritation on her face. I sighed and braced myself as I walked up to her, already knowing what's about to happen.

"Jasmine, it's been almost 4 years since we've been official. When is your dad going to stop hating me and see that you made your own decision to be with me?"

Sighing, I shrugged and began walking,

"I don't know Joanne. He still hasn't gotten used to the fact of his only daughter being lesbian, and I'm sure he doesn't hate you"

"Well, that's what it seems like"

Joanne pouted as we entered the school.

Immediately, all eyes feel on us. Mostly male attention.

Joanne and I rolled our eyes as the guys unashamedly stared. I still don't get why they stare so hard because the illusion to 'straighten' us out that each and every one them have is stupid.

"The fuck yall be starin' so hard for?! Act like y'all aint never seen two girls before"

Joanne snapped as we walked up to our lockers, which were coincidently next to each other.

I laughed as I opened mine.

"You really need to chill bae. "

I spoke as I turned to her and caught her eyes.

Gosh, she's so beautiful, and I love her so much.

Acting on instinct, I cupped her face in my hands and kissed her passionately.

I love Jasmine with all my heart, but dealing with her dad has been getting harder to do. He just gets under my skin!

When Jasmine and I were just friends, he acted as if he loved me. We did everything together and there were never any problems. Jasmine and I started dating, undercover, 8th grade through 9th before they found out.

When it was finally brought to the light, all hell broke loose.

It was hard for Jasmine for a while, but her parents, mostly her mom, slowly started to accept it because of their love for her.
