A Broken Heart's Cries

If only you were here,

I probably wouldn't act like I didn't care.

I would've been in better shape,

I wouldn't have to pretend like my heart you didn't brake.

 I wouldn't be writing these stupid as poems that revolves around you,

Or I wouldn't come up with things to do to take you off my mind.

Do you know what I go through,

Broken hearts never heals with time.

Time takes too long,

The great minds that came up with that theory were completely wrong.

It's been a year and my heart still bleeds,

A year and your still the one I need.

Maybe it's just that I'm going crazy,

But how can I not be when thoughts of you won't let me be.

Don't worry I am not suicidal,

You probably thought I was since you haven't seen me smile.

Maybe it's just that I keep writing these lame as poems,

With every single memory in tow.

Don't tell me to forget cause its no use I've tried,

Every time it ends with memories that have long passed and died.
