Catherine, a 17 year-old writer, was on driving down a long road not far from her high school, East Wood High. She drove into an empty field, located between a water tower and a corn maze, stopping to look around. Catherine nodded and got out of her car, while unaware she was being watched from on top of the water tower. A lone stranger stands there watching this girl silently and with a smirk upon his face. Catherine however never noticed him while she wrote about her surroundings. The stranger, whose name is Chris, watched her silently for a while until he noticed something in the distance, unaware of the time he quickly climbed down the water tower and made his way towards Catherine. She noticed this strange boy running towards her and quickly stood up, "what the hell?!" She yelled and pulled out a small pocket knife, running past her, Chris pulled out a switch blade and ran into the corn maze. Catherine was left there confused, not knowing what had happened, Catherine left the empty field and returned to her home. As she arrived she went inside quckly, wanting to be inside before midnight. The following day she left for school unaware the she will have another in counter with the boy from the night before.
