Treetops

I run

Run through the forest

Coming to a stop

At the special tree

That was grown for me

I climb up

It's thick trunk

Grasping it like a bear

Arms outstretched

Wrapped around the tree

I sit at the top

Watching the clouds go by

Singing softly to myself:

Where the wind blows

There shall I go

I wonder of your complexity

O, Universe

Your stars so bright

Light up the night

And in the daytime

The sun guides my way
