Rose Everly is a 14-year-old girl, living in Florida. She has a mother and father. Rose has a few friends; Melody Sue, Mara Lee, Sydney Manni, and Bethany Ross. They all are close friends, but in Rose's opinion they were just people she knew. Rose felt like she had no one. Even though Melody, Mara, Sydney and Bethany were there with her, she felt like they never appreciate any thing she does nor what she wants to say. She feels as if she was never there. Rose would do anything people said, like a slave. Rose had words she could not speak, feelings she could not express. She liked someone for 3 years, but was too shy to say. Then would go home and cry, laugh, and smile because of him. Rose is a girl who felt like she had no true standing.
