The Crystal Rose (Alice in Wonderland spinoff)

Chapter 1

     "Finally we can get out of here, c'mon Alice! Let's make a run for it!", "Rosie... there's um... something I have to tell you...", "What is it?"... *15 HOURS AGO* "I promise I won't be late mom. I just have to get something. Yeah okay! Yes, bye" I hung up the phone. "Finally..." I thought to myself. I was getting on the train to Manhattan. I had to find a prom dress. It was raining, but it was good thing for me I personally love this weather. It just makes me feel like there's still hope for something... I just don't know what. I entered the stairs to Manhattan, I started looking around for where to start looking. I finally decided to enter "Forever 21" Because I was pretty much getting tired of looking around. As I walking, I saw a bunch of kids with their parents like a normal happy family... meanwhile I was over here thinking about how my parents are getting divorced and brother is in jail. I quickly started to walk faster to avoid any more emotions. I walked into "Forever 21", I was looking for something that wasn't so "fancy". I'm not much of a girly girl. Oh and I forgot to mention, I'm 15. Suddenly I was walking out of the store and I caught a glimpse of a man walking suspiciously towards the dumpster. Like most teens would do, they would ignore it. But I decided to go follow a stranger, because you know, only I would do that. He had dropped something into the dumpster and walked away as if he just passed by. I went to go check it out. There was something glowing, I moved towards it and removed the pieces of trash that were on top of it. It was just a book. The strange thing was, that there wasn't any title. I opened the book. And saw something.. Then I just disappeared in a flash..
