Casey is a 17 year old girl who's birthday is almost here but Caseys parents signed a contract that says Casey has to be taken away and sold as a slave to vampires at the auctions.

Tomorrow is my birthday and I'm so exited. I loved my birthday. I always went all out and this year I think my parents are throwing me a surprise party because they aren't letting me throw one. My mom is taking me to get a nice dress. Idk why maybe it's a formal party?

I saw this beautiful dress that was blue with darker blue lace sleeves. I looked at the price tag and it was $200. My mom saw how I got upset and told me it was fine she could pay for it.

When we got back to the house it was late so I went straight to bed.

When I woke up I had pancakes shaped in the shape of hearts.

"Why don't you go upstairs and get your dress on." My mom said

"Okay" I said walking upstairs. I slipped on my dress and came downstairs to see 2 men in suits standing down their.

"Her?" They asked. My mom in tears nodded and cradled in my dads arms. They started to march towards me as I was backing up.

I was almost out the door when I could hear my parents yelling to me that they loved me.

"Where am I going?" I asked about to cry while being pushed into a car.

"An auction to be sold." The one man said. What did he mean sold. What does that even mean. Sold to who.
